Thanks for the rely. The day I posted this, I couldn't use the device it was so bad. For the past few days it works fine.

In "Second Life" you activate flycam mode with the left button. This mode should remain set until changed by esc key stroke. I randomly drop out of flycam mode sometimes as often as 2 seconds. Other times it will stay in flycam mode for minutes before dropping out. I didn't have this probl...
