Your account registration page doesn't work for Canadian addresses. It always says invalid zipcode for a valid Canadian address. We don't use zipcodes. unfortunately you can only update the firmware on our devices when they already have a version on it. But your on your device the firmware got erased anyhow. The CadMouse is quite an old model. We don't produce it since a while. Do you know if it is still under warranty?

One of them is packaging model number, the other is device model number. It doesn't matter as long as you can use the device.

This is actually not true. The packaging numbers start with 7 (3DX-700 ...).

I assume you have one of our CadMouse devices? The right button of the CadMouse devices cannot be changed. This is a system default and is not available for programming by design.
