Fred & Ngomes, I'm pretty sure we don't have RGS on our workstations. Due to the strict security requirements, we could not use software that would allow remote access. Our ISO surely would have not included that in our image. But I will verify that.

Sounds like the systems have a Virtual COM port (VCP) Card installed. This would cause the device to not be recognized corectly after reboot.
