Update: Forced Uninstall claimed to have removed the plugins, but they still show up in Uninstall/Change Programs after a reboot.

Also, I guess there's no SP 3 for Vista. I was thinking of XP. I'm a noob.

Nevermind, I ran 'Forced Uninstall' on Revo Uninstaller, searching on 3DConnexion, and it found these plugins so I'm going to try that after backup and SP 3 update.

Maybe this will help other folks with the same problem though
