There is no setting for controlling auto calibration.
But I can send you a separate executable to run that will control it.
You will need to run it every time the device reboots.
PM me.

Re: Documentation / <RepeatStyle> for HIDMouse_Left
There isn't any official external doc. I never meant for you to edit XML. The (discontinued) GUI was meant to do all that for you. There are some details here. You are very close. The modifier is LeftMouse, not HIDMouse_Left. <Axis> <Enabled>true</Enabled> <Input> <ActionID>HIDMultiAxis_X</ActionID>...

Re: After rotating or moving my part keeps moving
This should be fixed in the recent 10.9.0 release.
Let us know if it isn't working correctly.

Re: After rotating or moving my part keeps moving
There is indeed a problem with Inventor in the latest release. It is fixed in the next release (soon).
In the meantime, you can contact tech support for a workaround.

Re: Newbie help please!
Is this the Bluetooth version of the SpaceMouse Wireless? If so, are you connected via Bluetooth or the USB dongle? There is very little reason to turn the device's power switch off. It goes to sleep to conserve power very quickly. I would only turn it off if I was going to not use it for some weeks...

Re: Very old drivers for windows 98
I didn't find a vintage SDK.
You could try a recent SDK. I've tried to not make incompatible additions.

Re: Import/Export Settings
Will you be using the same machine with both devices? Or, is that a different machine at home.
I'm trying to determine the need for an ongoing sharing of the settings between the two devices.
ATM, changes are not shared between the "similar" devices.

Re: Import/Export Settings
PC_Eire,
That's too bad that you wasted so much time. Tell your colleagues to contact me first
Do you continue to use both devices? Or have you completely switched to the new BT device?
E.g., sometimes people take the old device home, to use it there.
Thanks,
Jim

Re: Import/Export Settings
No, you don't need to redo everything for the new device.
There are a couple of ways of addressing it.
How many files have you imported?
Are you actively using both devices?
I've fixed this import behavior for the next release.

Re: I know this is possible
Hi Don, Generally the devices do not produce values > ~350. Recent devices (last 10 years or so) actually clamp at +/- 350. Your older device may report farther along some axes. Also, depending on whether you pushing or twisting in a different direction, an axis can be severely attenuated at the ext...

Re: Enterprise LCD, Global.cfg - Colors & Text Size
The text background has been fixed for the next release. Thanks for pointing it out. There is no external documentation on the XML format. It is a moving target. For most cases, I put the available elements into Base.xml (as you have found). You can consider it the dictionary to pull words from for ...
