Re: Ubuntu 9.04 mad scrolling

Hmm ... this is really weird.

Are you using a 3d desktop or another tool on top of the window manager? This might influence the flow of the messages of the XServer.

Lass uns wissen, was da drin steht.

Re: SpacePilotPro - SolidWorks

Re: Ubuntu 9.04 mad scrolling

Hi eyeJ,

is the shortcut mapped to one of the buttons of the device or do you just launch it with the keyboard?
Do you see any difference at the CPU?
Which driver version do you have and which device do you use?

Rebecca,

Please try it again. There was a problem with the FTP server during the last 14 hours. Now it should work. Please give it another try and let me know.

Hi muse, An adapter from serial to USB is not supported from our side. The serial device and the USB models have a totally different protocol, thus it is not very likely that you will have success with an adapter. We have a personal edition of the SpaceNavigator that has a price that should be affor...

Re: Space explorer + solid edge v17

Hi kozuna, it has been a while since we last checked V17 as V18, V19, V20, V100 are the most recent builds of SE. I believe there are licenses of SE that do not have support for add-ins. Would you please post here what Solid Edge license you have (educational?, classic?, ...) Uta Ludwig 3Dconnexion

Re: SpaceExplorer & SpaceNavigator

Hi Roly,

we haven't heard of this software for now and thus can not give you any information if this plugin is compatible with our 3D mice. Have you asked this question to the manufacturer of the software (RTRE)? Maybe they can tell you.

Hi Rebecca, The FTP folder from this post should not be empty. :o There are two .msi files - one for 32bit and the other for 64bit. I experienced problems when I used this link with Firefox - I could not login. But with the MSIE the link worked. Or just use any FTP tool (like 'Filezilla'). Please le...

Re: Space Explorer incompatible with VPN Layer 4 access?

Hi Rebecca.Stewart,

are you using Citrix for your VPN? Then this post might help you.

If you have another VPN software let me know. There are a few posts out there in our forum where users have tried other possibilities. And HP's RGS is 3Dx certified ;) (see here).

Re: CATIA R19 - Buttonconfiguration

Hi LordBadHabit, I could finally check at least with V5R18. When I first installed it, Catia did recognize a 3D mouse, but not specifically the SpaceExplorer. This is why you had all buttons available in the mapping panel. But after I installed ServicePack 8 for R18 Catia knows the SpaceExplorer and...

Hi LordBadHabit, as far as we know there was no change in this. Even in previous versions it was not possible to map the above mentioned buttons in the 3Dx Catia button mapping panel. I still need to verify, but at this moment we only have the latest version of Catia (R19) installed in our lab. Plea...
