Is there a way to "undo" the change to the transition to a tangent arc?

If there is, perhaps you can assign the action to a device button to quickly to go back to where you wanted to be.

If you a hardware problem, then the "fix" is to have the device replaced. I suggest having a word with my Technical Support colleagues (follow link in my post above).

This is available in v. 10.8.10 of 3DxWare 10 for Windows.

The add-in is not enabled. If you enabled it, everything should go back to normal.

I do not recall seeing an issue where the add-in was listed but could not be "activated".

This seems to be a bug in 10.8.15. We need to get this confirmed.

In the meantime, perhaps you can simply ignore the "UserInfo.xml" file (untick the check box next to the file name). I don't this file holds any relevant settings.

You can work around it by opening the "3Dconnexion" pane directly from the System Settings app: Apple menu > System Settings > 3Dconnexion.

You may need to switch to "Advanced" discovery for Windows to pair with your CadMouse.

Sorry for the delay. Some of us were away from work and there were no replies for a few days.

Your requests were handled yesterday (Aug 10).

The camera "target" is probably not what you expect (it is a sort of rotation point for the "target camera" navigation mode).

What value are you returning? Normally, applications return a "no data" code.
