Re: Win10 Pro Build 18362.356 Install Failure
As indicated in the message and as of version 10.8.15 of 3DxWare 10, the Windows 10 minimum required version is 2004 (20H1). 3DxWare 10 requires system resources that are only available in Windows 10 version 2004 and newer. You can continue to use v. 10.8.14 of 3DxWare 10 in Windows 10 version 1909 ...

Re: 3Dconnexion Uninstaller Problem. Can you help me?
When I want to uninstall the 3Dconnexion software, I encounter a warning that there is an account, I don't quite follow. What do you mean by a "warning that there is an account"? If you can, please post a screenshot of the warning or the original text as I can always try asking one of my ...

Re: Windows 11 ARM driver
However newer version 10.8.16 incorrectly identifies Windows version and does't install. The driver included in v. 10.8.15 of 3DxWare 10 (and newer) requires a system call that was introduced in Windows 10 version 2004. It looks like the check is invalid in Windows 11 for Arm or the required functi...

Version 10.8.16 of 3DxWare 10 includes support for Unreal Editor v. 5.3 and was published a week ago on Sep 27, coincidentally the same date of the above post.
It is available for download here.

Re: Is it normal to have to reboot my system every time I plug in the mouse?
Nothing has changed. If you plug in your device to a different USB port, the system may grab a handle to it before the device drivers have loaded, prompting a system reboot. If you wish, you can ignore the prompt, disconnect your SpaceMouse and reconnect it back again. The system keeps the device dr...

Re: Windows 11 ARM driver
We don't have anything concrete that we can share at this point but it is obvious that Windows on Arm is certainly a platform of interest. You mention 3D CAD software. Can you elaborate a bit more? What software is currently available natively for ARM64 and what is the system (machine) that you're u...

Re: C# Inconsistent calls into GetModelExtents
I would like to know if this is an issue on the side of SpaceMouse driver or whether our implementation is flawed. Probably neither. Calculating the "model extents" can be an expensive operation and the Navigation Library may move it to after the user has released the sensor cap of the Sp...

Re: SolidWorks add-in won't load
a way to know the version of the add-in in each 3dxware version... Do you know how I could do that? The "release notes" documentation has such information. I tried installing the newest software. I can see my 3d mouse and can work with it in the little viewer included in the 3dxware but I...

Re: CAD Mouse Wireless in Autodesk Inventor Unwanted Arcs
Is there a way to "undo" the change to the transition to a tangent arc?
If there is, perhaps you can assign the action to a device button to quickly to go back to where you wanted to be.

Re: Wireless Spacemouse and distance to reciever
If you a hardware problem, then the "fix" is to have the device replaced. I suggest having a word with my Technical Support colleagues (follow link in my post above).NicolasDuguay wrote: ↑Mon Aug 21, 2023 12:32 pm I've got the same exact problem, has there been a fix?

Re: SolidWorks add-in won't load
The add-in is not enabled. If you enabled it, everything should go back to normal.
I do not recall seeing an issue where the add-in was listed but could not be "activated".
Anyway and if you wish to use an older version, you can search the archive here.
