Sorry, I must roll back my previous reply, after reading the link https://3dconnexion.com/si/applications ... olidworks/, the 3DEXPERIENCE SOLIDWORKS Connected version is actually supported. You need get in touch with the 3Dconnexion support for possible new version trouble-shooting.

The 3DxWare officially supports SOLIDWORKS Desktop version, not the 3DEXPERIENCE SOLIDWORKS Connected version.

Right click the Notification area/Windows 10/11 System Tray's 3DxWare icon, and click 'Write Log File' to turn it off.
