Re: Does the SpaceMouse Wireless Kit 2 use USB C?

It's just ridiculous to have a device with a micro-USB charging port in late 2023 in my opinion. Even more so if it's supposed to be "premium tier". It would have been barely acceptable 5 years ago, certainly not anymore. Luckily, it's now finally forbidden by EU regulations to make and s...

It's time to upgrade the hardware to the more recent SpaceMouse series, e.g. SpaceMouse Wireless, SpaceMouse Pro Wireless.

Re: Wheel issues

I've just ordered my 3rd CAD Mouse Pro wireless... I love the mouse, the feel, the grip etc. The extra button that opens the menu is invaluable to my workflow now, which is why I am giving them one more chance... It is worth noting that I used to buy Razer Mamba mice and had similar issues after a ...

Re: Wheel issues

I've had 3 different CadMouse Pro Wireless for the past 4 year. At first it is all just happy and joy, but after a while the wheel starts to act up. First time I thought it would just be a bad production. I had to send them lots of papers and photo's BUT I got a replacement. Second time the exact s...

Ask the software vendor CLO Virtual Fashion, LLC to join the Software Developer Program to integrate the 3DxWare SDK APIs into the software:

Re: Spacemouse Stops Working in Revit after Inactivity

I have been having this disconnecting issue for 3 years in every version of Revit from 2020 till 2024. I even have long email chains between customer support with video's showing them the issue occurring but nothing has ever been done, they always tell me they can not repeat the issue yet we have 4...

Re: 3D Space Mouse issues after removing users from local Admin group

Oh, that's good. At least in one case by another forum user, he/she reported that my solution did not work, though in a follow-up reply I gave further trouble-shooting tip on proper 3DxWare plug-in for SOLIDWORKS install and load sequence, I got no new reply, I suppose the glitch was eventually solv...

Re: SolidWorks Connected R2024x breaks 3Dconnexion add-in

Seemed like 3ds software developers used an old version of 3DxWare SDK, or haven't updated the 3DxWare SDK APIs for some time. Not really. The SOLIDWORKS add-in is maintained by 3Dconnexion, not Dassault Systèmes. The issue was promptly addressed by Dassault Systèmes and we just need to update the ...

Re: SolidWorks Connected R2024x breaks 3Dconnexion add-in

A user on the SolidWorks forums (the horrible 3DSwym forum) just informed me that 3DxWare64_v10-6-4_r3119 works on both Win 10 and 11. I've downloaded that version from the driver archive and can confirm that it works on my system as well. If a new updated version of 3DxWare is going to take 2 week...

Re: SolidWorks Connected R2024x breaks 3Dconnexion add-in

Sorry, I must roll back my previous reply, after reading the link https://3dconnexion.com/si/applications ... olidworks/, the 3DEXPERIENCE SOLIDWORKS Connected version is actually supported. You need get in touch with the 3Dconnexion support for possible new version trouble-shooting.

The 3DxWare officially supports SOLIDWORKS Desktop version, not the 3DEXPERIENCE SOLIDWORKS Connected version.

Right click the Notification area/Windows 10/11 System Tray's 3DxWare icon, and click 'Write Log File' to turn it off.

Re: MacOS Sonoma doesn't find Spacemouse wireless

Hi, After updating to MAcOs14 Sonoma, as well as the latest 3Dconnexion driver, my space mouse wireless isn't detected any longer... Even installing an earlier driver doesn't seem to solve the problem. Any ideas? So far, the supported OS: macOS 11, macOS 12, macOS 13 Apple macOS is never known for ...
