Spacemouse Wireless - only 40Hz sampling rate
I'm testing the wireless Spacemouse and the sampling rate is only around 40Hz. The Pilot, Explorer and Navigator all reach 62Hz - same application, same machine (and no - I don't collect 3d mice ;) The old USBDataRate regkey does not help either. Is this a hardware limitation or just driver stuff? I...

Configuration of device orientation possible?
I received a Spacemouse Wireless today (most beautiful peripherial ever btw!) and I have a pretty special question. Most likely it is not possible but who knows...3dxware 10 is so full of hidden featues... The thing is that it feels more natural to me to use the device rotated round about 45°...

Re: Delete Mapping in 3dxware 10.1.0
Thank you for the suggestion. It's not very practical but at least there is way to do it

Re: Delete Mapping in 3dxware 10.1.0
That's bad. Hope you add it in future releases! It's simply a function that was there in previous releases and that I really miss with 3dxware 10. Not all buttons can be set to functions that make sense for all possible applications. Setting a certain button to do nothing in a certain application is...

Delete Mapping in 3dxware 10.1.0
Simple question: How can I remove a button mapping? I want to assign 'nothing' to certain buttons. Can't find how to do it...
Thanks in advance.

Re: 3dxware 10, Disable application support
Thank you very much! Problem solved! I removed the profiles of all application that might run concurrently with the relevant CAD package and now the device keeps controlling the desired app regardless of the current focus. You guys should consider adding a regular option in the UI to disable certain...

Re: 3dxware 10 - settings location
I assume you mean C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\3Dconnexion\3DxWare\Cfg, right? What about the stuff in ...\AppData\Local\3Dconnexion\ ? Still quite confusing. What happens if I simply delete all 3Dconnexion folders in AppData? Will all needed stuff be recreated when the Software is restarted or...

3dxware 10, Disable application support
While it might be great for certain users to use the 3d-mouse in e.g. Firefox or Excel it interferes with my workflows! For example when working in CAD I often need to alter model parameters in excel and the 3d-mouse then stops working in the CAD application, where I actually need it. Similar stuff ...

3dxware 10 - settings location
Hi, where are the user settings (personal button configurations, sensitivity etc.) stored in Win7 x64? I want to backup the settings. I assume it's in .../user/AppData/ but then there are different 3dconnexion folders that might belong to a pre V10 installation so it seems better to ask... Thanks in...

Re: Installation fails with .Net 4.5.2
The problem somehow has disappeared. - uninstalled 3dxware to perform the installation in the same order (.Net 4.5.2 first, then 3dxware) - installed .Net 4.5.2 - reinstalled 3dxware -> no errors Don't know what was wrong but as long as I can benefit from the latest .Net and 3dxware releases at the ...

Re: Installation fails with .Net 4.5.2
I already tried the described steps before writing the initial post. The idea of disabling and enabling .NET 3.5 is described in other topics in the forum. It did not help at all. My machines have VS2013 installed and I added the .Net 4.5.2 Developer Pack (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/det...

Re: Installation fails with .Net 4.5.2
Yeah, thank you. I already know that canned answer and I'm well aware of the installed .Net Versions: Working: .NET 2.0 SP 2 .NET 3.0 SP 2 .NET 3.5 SP 1 .NET 4.5.1 NOT Working: .NET 2.0 SP 2 .NET 3.0 SP 2 .NET 3.5 SP 1 .NET 4.5.2 Everything is fine till .Net Update 4.5.2 is installed. Just try, see ...

Installation fails with .Net 4.5.2
The current 3DXWare 10 installer, Win7 x64 fails with Error 1001 if .Net 4.5.2 was installed on the machine.
Please have a look at it, it's reproducible on several machines.
