Hi, It's possible that some settings were inadvertently corrupted. Please reset the driver by doing the following: 1. In the 3Dconnexion preference pane, select Photoshop CS4 2. Go to the Device and Advanced tabs and click Use Defaults Does the slow pan speed happen with every image including some o...

Hi Tarik, Unfortunately there is no workaround available to make it work in 64bit mode. We have submitted a request to the Motion Builder to enable support for 3d mice on 64-bit machines as well. On 32bit systems, the device buttons should work. Be sure the driver is configured to send the proper bu...

I'm sorry to hear that your request for information was not satisfied. What type of information were you looking for? 3Dconnexion devices are HID compliant so you can develop support for them using OS X's HID interface. Just a side note, although the SpacePilot is not officially supported on the Mac...

You can try a full reset by doing the following: 1. Uninstall the driver. In Applications/Utilities you'll see 'Uninstall 3Dconnexion Driver.app'. Run that 2. Go to Applications/<Photoshop>/Plug-Ins and remove the 3Dconnexion folder if the Uninstall didn't take care of it 3. Go to ~/Library/Preferen...

You are correct about the SpacePilot PRO not being officially supported on the Mac. It will not function like a SpaceExplorer. We have customers who say they have been successful in running our 3D mice with Parallels. I personally have not tried this with SpacePilot PRO so I can't guarantee the expe...

Hi Yellowhey, It appears some 3Dconnexion Maya files were not placed in their correct location. 3DxMaya.bundle should reside in /Users/Shared/Autodesk/maya/2009/plug-ins. Please check to see if a 3DxMaya.bundle exists in that directory. If there is one, backup then delete the 3DxMaya.bundle file in ...
