Our current driver 10.8.11, does support REVIT 2023 and Enterprise Navigation.
Are there other issues you may be having?

How are the devices paired to your machine? Are they paired via receiver or bluetooth? if via receiver, have you tried plugging the receiver into another USB port?

If you connect the devices to another computer, does the same thing happen?

Which model of the Wired SpaceMouse are you using? Older models uses to have a plug and play feature which might be what you are experiencing.

Which driver version do you have installed on you machine? You should be able to change the settings for the scrolling there.

Easiest way to find it would be opening the 3Dconnexion Home app and clicking on Settings > More > About.

I have heard of this before on docking stations. Sometimes it depends on the age of the docking station, the type of connections and also the manufacture.

Please keep me posted if the issue comes back while connected to the machine.

That is correct, it is not possible for the mouse to work in the Android or iOS system.

I would recommend trying a simple uninstall of our driver then reinstall. Make sure to restart your machine after the uninstall and restart after the install as well.

If this does not fix the issue, then i recommend contacting our technical support team.

The feature was removed in 10.8.4 because all of our newer devices have the ability to self calibrate. Are you using a docking station at home as well?
When you have the issue at home, what do you do for a fix? Is it a restart as well?
