Re: MacOS 11.00 (Big Sur)
I can't find the 1.6.3 installer anywhere anymore, the site I got it from before now only lists 10.6.6. Is there any chance you can share that installer with my so I can test that on the macbook? Would be helpful to see if that "fixes" the problem on the macbook too. I see 10.6.5 also ava...

Re: MacOS 11.00 (Big Sur)
Also, could you please elaborate on the Maya viewport glitching issue, noted as MAC-183 in the previous thread on it, was that ever actually fixed? Just had a look. The fix for MAC-183 was delivered in driver v. 10.6.5 back in March of this year. Either the fix is only partial or you're seeing some...

Re: MacOS 11.00 (Big Sur)
So after removing the driver and reinstalling it the crashes in Maya seemed to reduce, but they are not gone. What I think is happening is Maya crashes due to too many operations being done at the same time. Maya has a tendency to do that, click too many times while it is doing something (or acciden...

Re: MacOS 11.00 (Big Sur)
Little update on the Maya front. I completely uninstalled the beta driver. rebooted as the installer wants. Reinstalled the beta driver, rebooted again, installed the plugins. And for now it seems more stable! I have been mucking around in Maya for 10 minutes without it crashing! Not an in depth tes...

Re: MacOS 11.00 (Big Sur)
Hmm. That's interesting. I keep ketting consistent crashes in both versions.
I'll reinstall 2020.1 to see if that has any effects. I'll see if I can update tot 2020.3 and see what that does.
Reinstalling the beta driver didn't change anything.

Re: MacOS 11.00 (Big Sur)
Any idea on how quickly we can expect the full crash issue to be fixed? As far as I can determine, you are the only customer reporting a crash in Maya. Do you have if the application is supported of macOS 11? Version 2020 requires macOS 11.13.x through 10.15.x . We will address the issues with Maya...

Re: MacOS 11.00 (Big Sur)
Hi RVeldhuyzen, I know you guys have a lot on your plate but I'd appreciate and answer to these questions: Are you actively aware of the Maya issues (glitching viewport, unintuitive camera movement, full crash of software)? Are you working on a fix for these issues? Is tere an estimated ETA for a f...

Re: MacOS 11.00 (Big Sur)
So, with the beta, did something change in the way movements are processed to Maya (running 2020.1 and I also verified with 2019.3)? The camera rolls a lot now. I used to be able to rotate around my scene while the camera stayed parallel to the ground plane. I could roll but I had to work hard to m...

Re: Maya 2019, SpaceMouse Enterprise doesn’t work
Anyone know if I can download 10.6.3 somewhere? I just installed 10.6.4 on Catalina and now my viewport in Maya 2019.1 glitch. When moving the camera with the SpaceMouse the view jumps to random positions for a fraction of a second before jumping back to where it is supposed to be. This happens ver...
