There is an error in the TopSolid cfg file limited to one or two modes of TopSolid.
It has been fixed for the next release.
If anyone wants the fixed file before then, PM me.

The general idea with that mode is for people who consider themselves looking down at the desktop, not forward at a monitor. It is rarely used.
