Re: Left mouse button gone haywire. Support are not helping.
I've sent a support request but had no reply yet.UtaSH wrote: ↑Thu Apr 30, 2020 7:52 am Hi,
did you contact our Technical Support Team? They can check if this is a problem with the device and then see if you are eligible for a replacement device.
Some google searches suggest it may be a hardware problem for cadmouse before 2016.

Re: Left mouse button gone haywire. Support are not helping.
Hello, Did the left click problem get solved? Recently I have been having the same problem. I thought it was down to the remote desktop but I have the same problem on the client PC as well. Have tried with a normal mouse and left clicking seems to work as normal. It makes working with sketches &...

Re: Remote Desktop use of local Space Navigator
Hello,
I can confirm that the latest driver 10.6.7 does not solve the ctrl shift key problem.
I have installed new driver both locally & on rdp azure and it is still the same.

Re: Remote Desktop use of local Space Navigator
You can manually edit the registry to add the remote FX setting but some other colleagues win Win 10 home edition say they still dont get the option to choose a local reasource when starting RDP or Azure

Re: Remote Desktop use of local Space Navigator
Hello,
IT have amanged to get the spacemouse working via RDP using the group policy changes.
It seems to spin around OK considering it's a remote connection.
I'm having the same issue with the keyboard shortcuts not working.
Has anyone found a solution to this yet?

I can confirm that latest driver 10.5.11 still has a problem with 8 section radial menu.
Please, Please & pretty please.
3Dconnexion can you PLEASE fix this radial menu.
Hopefully that should be polite enough for them to fix it.

Re: 8 sections radial menu barely usable :(
Such a shame as it's a tool that I can't be without. Such a simple problem should not be that difficult to fix. Come on 3dconnexion. Pull your fingers out and get it sorted. Users are paying a lot of money to use your products. Don't let them down with sloppy aftercare.

Re: 8 sections radial menu barely usable :(
I can confirm that 8 section radial menus still do not work with latest drivers 10.5.5 on Creo 4.
I have tested both mapkeys from Creo and also creating macros in the 3d spacemouse settings and there is still no text.

Spacepilot settings change after re-login
Sometimes after logging back into Windows 7 the spacepilot settings have changed. For example the tilt/roll axis swaps back to the default settings. Once these happens I have to stop & restart the driver for it to work again. This happens approx twice per day. Setup: Dell Precision Tower 3620 Wi...
