I am experiencing the exact same thing. It is like the switch to allow 3D translations is being ignored.

Same question: can you rotate using the normal mouse? Is that option available to you in that mode when using the normal mouse?

It seems that you're running SketchUp without hardware accelerated 3D graphics.

Do you see any degradation in performance using the normal mouse? Is the movement as fluid in the new PC as the older one when using the normal mouse?

Have you tried to remap the commands? Open the add-in's "Button Mapping" panel in SolidWorks and reassign the buttons you'd like to use these commands with.

You can use COM in Delphi. The 3DxInput COM server implements standard COM interfaces. I suggest you look up information on how to use COM objects in Delphi.
