3ds max rotation problem when view is parallel to horizon

Hi, I'm using SpaceMouse Wireless. So I've noticed that when my view is parallel to horizon or close to it the rotation slows down significantly and from time to time change orientation (Lock Horizon is on) . At any other angles it works just fine. It makes this device almost useless when navigating interiors because in this case the view is most of the time is parallel to horizon and this unpredictable behavior is annoying.
