SpaceTraveler problems with button 8

Post by herbie11 » Thu Mar 20, 2008 6:57 am

I installed my SpaceTraveler3 USB under SUSE 10.0 x86_64. I'm using the latest 3dxware v1.2.17. Under Pro/E Wildfire II for linux everything's working fine except button 8. It doesn't matter what function I assign to this button, if I hit it, nothing happens. All other buttons are ok.
By the way, button 8 is not damaged, cause it's functioning under WinXP (32bit) on the same computer.

Anyone an idea? Is there a possibility to activate it under linux?

I am also seeing this bug under RHEL5.1 x86_64 with a SpaceTraveller3. Buttons 1-7 work fine but 3DxWare (1.3) doesn't respond to button 8.

this is a bug that we recently fixed. It is not in the current release. If you are interested to receive a beta version with this fix, send me a private message.
