Space Mouse don't linke Manjaro Linux

Post by Schwanzlurch »

Hello, everybody,

I ran my Space Mouse under Ubuntu without any problems. I have now switched to Manjaro (Arch clone). I set up the Space Mouse as described here https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/3D_Mouse_Mouse. So I installed openmotif and set the symlink. Nevertheless, after calling /etc/3DxWare/daemon/3dxsrv -d USB I get the error /etc/3DxWare/daemon/3dxsrv: symbol lookup error: /etc/3DxWare/daemon/3dxsrv: undefined symbol: xmFormWidgetClass

Can anyone help me solving this problem?

Many thanks in advance,

S. Lurch

Hi Schwanzlurch,

it seems the wrong motif package is installed (or used). Our driver is compiled with openmotif so this should not be a problem.
