Shift lock with F-buttons

Post by nabilishes »

Hello,

I just installed an old Spacepilot on my Linux system running on CentOS7 with KDE 4.18 env. The 3dxware version is 1.8.0
I have some issues with the programmable buttons.
I found out when my custom functions uses CTRL+Fbuttons (i.e. F1-F12) or CTRL+Nav buttons (ie. PgUp/PgDn/Home/End/Ins/Del), the function emulates with an additional SHIFT press to the combination. It only happens when the programmed macro command involves the Fbuttons and Nav buttons. For alphanumeric keys the programmable buttons work as intended.

For example:
Custom function: Ctrl+F1 mapped to button 1 of Spacepilot
When i press button 1, i noticed in my CAE programs that it is emulating CTRL+SHIFT+F1 instead of CTRL+F1

Is there a way to change this behaviour?
