Just got the Space Navigator but not working

I just bought Space Navigator SE. I have Cinema 4D 11.0.27, and Photoshop CS4 11.0.1

I am on a Mac Intel 8-core, Leopard OSX.

I am also upgraded to the 1.5.6 driver for the device.

It runs in Google Earth, runs in the demo area on the config.

But not doing anything in Cinema 4D or Photoshop.

Is there supposed to be a plugin?

I even added C4D and Photoshop to the ADD APPLICATIONS area on the config.

Am I doing anything wrong? I figured it was just pure plug n play and easy setup as everything else. Please help, thanks!
