Maya 2020 Issues Wireless SpaceMouse

Post by Hoodratpaco »

Hello!

Wanted to reach out and confirm v10.6.4 does not work with Maya 2020 nor Maya 2019. Had to reload v10.6.1 with Maya 2018 to finish my project. When can we expect an update for this version of Maya? These glitching camera and Axes issues have been going on since 2018 for Mac users. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Hello Hoodratpaco,

the support for SketchUp Pro 2020 will be available in the next driver version - 3DxWareMac 10.6.5. This version is currently in the testing phase and depending on the test results we hope to be able to release it soon.

Hello UtaSH,

Thanks for the info but I don’t work on Sketch up Pro. Was asking about AutoDesk Maya. Will 10.6.5 be including fixes for Autodesk - Maya specific program?

Thanks.

Hi Hoodratpaco,

I am sorry for my wrong answer. I was confused because you said version 2020 is not working and for Maya version 202 is supported since 3DxWareMac 10.6.4. So if it is not working there is very likely a problem on your machine.

Have you verified if the plugin is loaded?

I recommend that you contact our Technical Support Team. My colleagues should be able to assist you with this.
