Just got my 3D Spacemouse wireless and it's near impossible to use it in Fusion 360 as it behaves so differently and can't lock the horizon as it does in every other software package I use (Sketchup, Rhino cinema 4d)
Is there any way to get this fixed?

the "Lock Horizon" option has to be implemented by Autodesk into Fusion. In SketchUp you can see it because the navigation is handled by the plugin that 3Dconnexion makes for SketchUp. In Rhino the support for the SpaceMouse is maintained as well by 3Dconnexion. But the support for the SpaceMouse in Fusion was implemented and is maintained by Autodesk directly. Please contact their support and let them know that this is a needed feature.
3Dconnexion offers an SDK for developers where we describe the different navigation modes. This is from our SDK documentation:

Fly (Level Horizon)
Fly (Level Horizon) mode is used to describe a camera mode navigation where the horizon is required to always remain leveled ("horizontal”), see 3.4.1. Apart from the horizontal constraint fly mode is the same as unconstrained camera mode, with the center of rotation located in the camera.
