Trying to configure the CAD mouse is so far an irritating absurdity. There's a list of buttons that can be configured but just exactly which is the additional button located to the far right? It's not the middle button is it, that's in the middle. It's not the wheel button, not is it the back/forward buttons. Is it the radial menu button? If it is then why can't it be assinged as the middle button? Why can't there be an image like that shown in the device tab of the prefs interface that shows the buttons when active? That would make more sense than the adventure currently demanded.
Why no option available for middle click when the radial button option is shown?

As far as I'm aware, on macOS, "button 3" is the term used for what is known as the "middle mouse button" on Windows. Button 1 and 2 are the "primary" (left mouse button) and "secondary" buttons (right mouse button).
The other buttons ("4", "5", etc) are just that: additional mouse buttons. They are defined by the system and our software makes them available since applications -- just like with "button 3" -- may make use of them.
