I disabled the LEDs of my SpaceMouse and never really had to see them again until the latest driver update.
Now they are still disabled while the system is in regular use, but automatically turn on when I lock my mac or send it to sleep.
I really don't like the bright blue light shining all night.
Is that intentional or a known Bug?

Re: SpaceMouse LEDs turn on when mac screen is locked
It's a bug and was introduced in the latest release, v. 10.7.3.
We're tracking the issue with reference MAC-343 and we expect to include a fix in the next update.

Great.
I had it too.
Opened Driver Settings and switched it ON/OFF and since then it stays OFF again so far.

Still unfixed.
I did not buy my SpaceMouse to have some bright and ugly blue light decoration on my desk all night and everytime I don't use my mac.

Version 10.7.4 was published on the 3Dconnexion web site earlier today.
The software includes the fix for MAC-343 and can be downloaded from here.

Re: SpaceMouse LEDs turn on when mac screen is locked
Thank you, i'll give it a try. But why is the "Check Update" Button still telling me that my 10.7.3 is up-to-date?
Re: SpaceMouse LEDs turn on when mac screen is locked
For me "Check Update" has never ever worked.
From time to time I actively go through my whole driver bookmark collection
and look for new downloads. Or I get informed indirectly through a forum post
