Hi there,
Yesterday my SpaceExplorer USB started having calibration issues where the viewport would drift even when 3D mouse wasn't being touched. I've run calibrate a few times, but it doesn't seem to solve it.
Any suggestions on what to try next?
Thanks,
Dax.

Invest on a new 3D mouse model, like the SpaceMouse Compact.

Re: SpaceExplorer USB won't stay calibrated
Sorry, Luping, that's not a solution. The mouse is less than a year old and still supported by 3DC.
It seems to have been related to operating the mouse on a non-horizontal surface. My workstation at work has a 5 degree slope for ergonomics and that seems to *sometimes* cause problems for the mouse. And, as I mentioned, Calibrate doesn't fix it.
I'd love to hear from 3DC staff about this, please.
All the best,
Dax.
