Hello,
Is anyone else dealing with unstable curser/connection for the CadMouse using the USB wireless Reciever?
It's so unstable on my end that it's practically useless.
I've tried multiple different workstations, Windows versions, etc. Nothing works.

Re: CadMouse USB Reciever Unstable Connection
Are you using a USB 3.x port? There are reports of USB 3 causing interference in the 2.4GHz band.
Try moving the receiver to a different USB port, perhaps closer to your where you normally use your CadMouse. You can try a small USB extension cable if you happen to have one around. Moving the receiver away from the source of the interference noise may help.
Note the above is only an educated guess. What you're experiencing may be due to something completely different.
Since you have a wireless CadMouse, try connecting over Bluetooth if you machine supports it.
If nothing appears to help, have a word with our Technical Support service (contact details here). Perhaps there's something wrong with your device.
