Photoshop 2015 CC, can't open 3DxPhotoshop properties

Hello.

SpaceNavigator (firmware v. 4.31)
3DxWare 10 version 10.2.9 #Latest
3DxWinCore version 17.2.9.11812
Adobe Photoshop Version: 2015.0.1 20150722.r.168 2015/07/22:23:59:59 CL 1032107 x64 #Latest
Operating System: Windows 8.1 64-bit

1) For some reason installer didn't put plug-in file into Photoshop directory, so I did it myself.
2) After that I restarted photoshop and plug-in asked me to assign a hotkey to 3DxPhotoshop. Assigned, restarted. Can't open. Neither by hotkey combination, nor by going File -> Automate -> 3DxPhotoshop. Nothing is happening.

Plug-in is working, though. Just properties are unavailable.

Should properties be available at all? Maybe this is a normal behavior. I'm kinda bugged here. Maybe something with Windows security, firewalls, antivirus and blah-blah-blah?

Hope this problem will be solve as soon as possible. Im a one of user of photoshop 2015 CC.
