Language issue: latest drivers and new workstation

Hi all!

I work with 3D Connexion Enterprise for two months already and was totally happy with how it works, until I had to change my workplace.
Now I am trying to make Enterprise work with CATIA V5.

Work-station OS - Win 7 Professional (Russian)
CAD - CATIA V5 R22

The problem is that I cannot setup programmable keys for my SpaceMouse: all CATIA functions/commands shown in Russian language in the buttons customization menu, and as rezult, CATIA does not understand the commands.

I already change system language (OS) settings to English, CATIA language is also set to English, but it didn't help.

Please advise how this can be fixed.

Hello Ilia -

The 3Dconnexion software follows the language that is set in Windows when 3DxWare is installed.
Catia has its own Button Customization panel but it has input from the driver.

With a language change you need to uninstall the 3DxWare driver then re-install it.

Before re-installing , close Catia and open the Windows Control Panel - Region and Language.

Check to make sure English is the selected choice for all 3 tabs - Formats, Keyboard and Language and Administrative.
Click OK to close Region and Language then run the 3Dxware installer again to install in English.

When you re-open Catia it will find the commands in English.
