I'm trying to use SpaceMouse with DAZ Studio 4.9.4. This used to work well, but now the SpaceMouse is WAY too sensitive meaning it's virtually unusable. The DAZ Forums advice is to install old 3DConnexion (10.3) drivers. Is that really the solution?

You can apply a bias to those sliders so the app is controllable in the middle position. But is it really controllable with these settings? Hardly any data is going to go through with those values. You are a close to multiplying by 0. You probably don't have any numeric range left on each axis.
There's probably something else going on.

Hi,..did you ever get spacemouse to work with DAZ? Mine works great in my dental lab with Exocad,..I brought it home this weekend to use with DAZ Studio and, yep,..it's uselessly over-sensitive, even with all the speed settings pegged to the slowest. I'm really disappointed. I saw where someone suggested loading "older" drivers....yuck.

Don't even own a SpaceMouse yet but I suspect it's something that DAZ3D code monkey's need to calibrate within DAZ Studio. I've been a user of that program since it's beta day's, you would know me as RAMWolff. Try submitting a ticket to their help base and see what you can do directly with them. Or complain on their forums and if you get allot of users with that same issue then maybe the coders for DS will push that fix further up the ladder.
