Hello there,
We recently updated to Autodesk Inventor Professional 2018 (64bit) and 3DxWare 10.5.7
Normal I could hold the SHIFT button on my Spacemouse Pro and together with my right mouse button call different menu items. But after the update this isn't functioning anymore. Seems that there is no "hold" functionality.
I have tried to assign a macro to the SHIFT key on my Spacemouse but I can't get that working either.
Anybody any idea?
Niels

Re: HOLD SHIFT in Autodesk Inventor
Do you mean left mouse click (for multiple selection)?
Try it in a different program, like Explorer.
There are some keys that don't have a separate press & release, but one with a painted on Shift label should behave correctly.
If you are actually changing to a different application when you right mouse click, the driver will release any held down keys. If it does this, it will log a message in the driver's log file.
