Have a word with our Technical Support team (contact details here). We have a pre-release build of the plugin for UE 4.27.

Since UE 4.27 has now been released, is the updated plugin available?

Additionally, I tried using the UE5 Early Access plugin, but get this error from Unreal on trying to compile a C++ game project:
ERROR: Expecting to find a type to be declared in a module rules named 'TDxUnrealEditor' in UE5Rules, Version=0.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null. This type must derive from the 'ModuleRules' type defined by Unreal Build Tool.

Yes. We have been providing the add-in for UE 4.27 upon request since early September but we have since published an update.

Please upgrade your 3DxWare 10 installation to v. 10.8.2, available for download here.

I am using version 4.24 of Unreal. I would also like to use it with 4.26 if possible, but 2.24. is the priority version.

The plugin for Unreal Editor supports version 4.23 and newer. Version 5.0 is supported but requires a manual process (see the "Readme.txt" in the plugin installation directory).

I'm hoping to use my Spacemouse with UE5. I am a Mac user (M1 MacBook). I looked in the hidden files in the install bundle, but no read.me. Is anything available for the Mac? Thank in advance for any help!

I apologize for posting that last question in the PC forum... I only realized that I was not in the Mac forum after it was submitted and I don't seem to be able to delete it.

Cheers!

FYI. Version 10.8.7 of 3DxWare 10 for Windows (published today) includes support for Unreal Editor 5.0.

The software is available for download from here.

I'm getting this same error when attempting to build a UE5 project (UE 5.0.1 and latest 3Dconnexion software) using Visual Studio (both 2019 and 2022 fail with the same error). Deleting the 3DConnexion UE plugin solves the issue.

We can't see it ourselves, of course. It would be too easy...

Are you copying the plugin files somewhere? How do you "delete" the plugin?
