It's likely to be some other software that is interfering, not Windows Defender. For example, we have seen the same issue with Citrix's ICA Client installations since it appears to use the same security technology as Trend Micro. The technology creates a "sandbox" for each processes and it is this sandbox that fails when attempting to start the 3DxVirtualLCD.exe program.

after a few tests and finaly deinstalling the trendmicro i can say it is the trendmicro. after it was deinstalled the message doesnt apear any more.
reinstalled the trendmicro, the message apears after the next restart.

AS far as we can determine, the bug is caused by a component of Trend Micro. The component includes technology from another vendor to create a separate "sandbox" for each application (web browser, calculator, everything). In the case of our "3dxprofileserver.exe" program, the sandbox fails before the "main" application is called (the crash occurs during program initialisation).

The component is also included in other programs like, as mentioned, the ICA Client from Citrix. The newest releases of Citrix ICA Client are not affected by this bug.
