How to get space navigator to work in securelink?

Hi all, since this Coranavirus is stopping most people from going to work here's my problem. I'm working from home through securelink to my work computer, my 3D Connexion Space Navigator works great in the tutorial but as soon as I longin to securelink it stops working. I need it for working with UGNX 11. So does anyone know how to get it to work?

Perhaps exception lists can be created for this?
