I have a macro programmed to my spacemouse right button in Acrobat that now does nothing since I went to 10.6.6.
Deleting the macro & making it again does nothing.
I can see other 10.6.6 issues relating to keyboard mapping so this may be in that boat too.

I just tested the new upcoming version sent by the technical support email address. The issue is fixed so far in the hardware driver testing.
