Connexion Enterprise Forgets Buttons

Hello All,
I recently bought a connexion enterprise. I mapped out all my buttons and I plugged my wired enterprise and left. When I came back the next day, it forgot all my buttons that I assigned values to. How do I save the button configuration? ( I don't see any save button. My software should probably be the newest one cause I downloaded it a day ago.

Hi chessreferee,

the settings are saved automatically in the moment when you make them (click the OK button). You should still see them when your machine comes back from sleep mode.

I recommend that you contact our Technical Support Team. They can do the necessary troubleshooting.
