Compact Mouse not working

Morning All,

I use a 3D connection compact mouse with creo direct modelling. I have been using is for a few weeks now. However, out of the blue today it doesnt seem to work specifically in creo direct. I have tried it in the 3d connection viewer and it does work there.

any help would be great

Hi Phorsley,

maybe something with the config got messed up. See if the instructions from this FAQ would solve the issue.
