Spacenavigator laggy after sofware udate - ArchiCAD

I've been using a Spacenavigator for years, and love it.

Recently I updated the software, and after that it is just very laggy when I use it in ArchiCAD. To the point that it is useless.
I have a new high end computer, everything else is working good.

Any tips or similar experiences?

You may have to invest on a new model of 3Dconnexion 3D mouse, i.e., SpaceMouse Compact.

maybe a clean up of your user specific settings clears the situation? See here how to do that.

If this doesn't help I recommend to verify if your graphic card driver is up to date.

In case these hints do not solve the problem I have to refer you to Graphisoft. Their development team implemented the support for the SpaceMouse and is handling the navigation. They should be able to solve this.
