Loop - Cant install New drivers due to old drivers 10.5.3, but cant uninstall old drivers

Hi,

Ok so i am stuck in a loop when im trying to get my SpaceNavigator to work.

* I had an old driver installed, that now is partly uni uninstalled.
* The new drivers finds traces of the old driver and refuses to installe and tells me to uninstall the 10.5.3 driver.
* Now i need the 10.5.3 executeble to uninstall the 10.5.3, but that driver is so ild it isnt even in the library of drivers...

So im stuck... Is there a way to just wipe ALL the traces of drivers and reg files'?
Why dont you have ALL your drivers in a library? even the really old ones...

Please help!

Hi Sundancekid,

please contact our Technical Support Team. They can provide you with an older version of the driver that needs to be first installed so that it can be uninstalled properly.

Update on my case.

I did get som attention on my case from the support in the beginning.
* got old drivers, and some suggestions that didnt work
* extracted my log files to the support.

And now it has gone month where i continuously asked how its going but they have stopped answered!

My case number is: 3DCX-20200917-0001

If someone here sees this from the support, please, what is the status?

But i have sent several of replys to that email support.en@3Dconnexion.com
with my case number.

Now i replied to an email i got the 6/10. Cant see any emails from the 5/10
