Searched the forum and couldn't find anything related to this topic but has anyone experienced this? The knob seems to be connected to the positioning mechanism correctly but it's like the whole mechanism is loose in the chassis and that allows it to move in the Z axis causing a clicking/gridning noise. I have a SpaceMouse Pro that I used for years without issue and it still moves smooth. Comparing the two the Pro feels much better than the Enterprise.
Is there a fix? Should I try to disassemble and fix myself or work with 3DConnexion?

Hi eric_the_pyles,
no, please do not disassemble. Just contact our Technical Support Team. The colleagues will handle this appropriately.
