the kmj emulator driver is always loaded, even after a fresh restart without plugging in the 3d mouse
this has some problems with certain software, and renders me unable to use a controller because the software expects to find 1 controller, not 2
what happens if i just remove the kmj emulator? will it get re-enabled?

You can use the Device Mgr to remove that device. Some things on the 3D mouse won't work anymore (kb keys and macros).
You may have to remove some of the devices it creates (keyboard, mouse, joystick categories).
