Using two CadMice

Post by vrsk »

Hi,

I would like to have a completely symmetrical desk layout and be able to use a mouse with my both hands.

So, my idea is: get both the right-handed and left-handed models of CadMouse Pro Wireless and prosper. Bah, perfectly symmetrical desk layout (I do have a symmetrical keyboard already).

However, I would like the mice to behave identically with respect to the buttons - that is, for both mice, I would like the primary mouse button to be the one accessed by my pointing finger, which would be the rightmost button on the left-handed mouse and the leftmost button on the right-handed mouse. Will that work out of the box? Or, will that work with some tweaking, in the software or possibly in Windows 10?

Also, as I understand it, the mice will be able to use the same receiver (as it's said to be able to support up to 5 devices concurrently). Is that correct?

That is how they are setup by default.
