On the driver download page, click mouse right button and click view page source, search for '.exe' and click the 32-bit or 64-bit driver to download.

Whatever it was, seems to have sorted itself out as I cannot see anything wrong with the download (pressing the button triggers the file transfer).

Let us know if you're still affected and we will look into it.

The left button click on the 3DxWare 10 for Windows area when mouse pointer changes from arrow to hand triggers nothing, verified on Firefox 84.0 64-bit with no third-party add-on, Microsoft Edge 87.0.664.60 64-bit with no extension, I even tried to click to trigger the download on Android 10 UcWeb Internet browser v13.3.2 64-bit without any success. The only way is to view the web page source and find the *.exe download link. Quite weird...

Do you need to scroll down to the blue "Download 64-bit/32-bit Version" boxes?

For those experiencing this, make sure there are no pending updates for your browser. The issue seems to be linked to certain browser versions. (ex. Microsoft Edge)

Let me know if that doesn't work.

For Firefox 84.0, same issue, see the screenshot. No Firefox add-on enabled.

By the way, the archive driver download page can't be loaded.
