Axis to arrow keys - Civ Vi

I would like to use my new SpaceMouse with Civilization VI to move around.
Currently, and by default, the zoom works fine.
To move L/R/Up/Down in Civilization, you use the arrow keys.
Is there a way to map the axis on the space mouse to the arrow keys?
