Need second to latest driver!

Latest driver is a disaster for 3ds max 2021. I need the latest driver that is not the last. It was 10.7 something.

Only drivers in archive are from 2019

Please send link. This latest driver is messing my workflow up a lot

due to an error on my workstation, I also need to downgrade the driver from 10.7.1 to 10.7.0. Unfortunately the WeTransfer-file is no longer active. Is it possible to re-activate it?
