Spacemousepro not done on window region japan

Please help i can’t use bottons because my window run on region of japan

which driver version do you have installed?

Which application are you using? Version?

Which button is not working? All of them or just some?

I suppose he or she meant the driver download button problem at https://3dconnexion.com/jp/drivers/
It's not possible to click to start a driver download.

It's not possible to click to start a driver download.
This seems to be a browser problem. It's working from here with Chrome, Edge and Firefox. :?: :?
