Hello, I would like to know about purchased item return in case if it doesnt fits to me.
I dont know what happened to 3dconnexion support, maybe they died or fired I dont know.
Because there is no support at all.
I texted to them when I've had purchased item and waited for any reply like for 2 or 3 weeks and only after received mail from courier not from them.
After I received item I realised that it doesnt fits my needs and texted them about return and for a week maybe less, nothing.
I guess now is similar situation like in first time.
Any suggestions?

Yes I was using that form, that you showed.
I sended it from my 3dconnexion account with email **********
And I made right now one more same support ticket on 3dconnexion website.

Edit (moderator): remove private e-mail address (same as in the user's profile).

I didn't find a request for your email address.

Did you create an account for our web site? Did you confirm it? Usually we send out an email to the new users that they confirm the process.

we were able to find your requests. Due to an error in our system they were not exported to our team. Very sorry for this.
