3DxSmartUI crashes (Win10) ,trying to assign Shortcuts

I tried to assign Keyboard-Shortcuts to my Spacemouse Wireless inside the 3d Studio Max application.
But everytime the UI crashes. In Desktop mode it is working.
I also tried to install the driver before (v10.6.4.r3119). But it doesn`t work. Actually the newest driver is installed (v10.7.1.r3280).

Hope someone can help me.

do you get any dump files for the UI? It would help if we can get a diagnose file from your driver. Please contact our Technical Support Team.

No, the UI freezes and I have to close the 3DxSmartUi application.
Where can I find the dump file?

What's the 3ds Max version and service pack level?

it is 2020 Version (2020.3 Update)

There might be some unknown compatibility issue with 3ds Max leading to this crash, further investigation pending by 3dconnexion guys.
