3D Space Mouse - NX8 - Teamcenter8

Hello Everyone,

I was using 3D Space Mouse for NX8 at my office. It was working smoothly. There was no problem. After pandemic, I worked at home. And, I did not use my 3D Space Mouse for 4-5 months. I came back to my office. My 3D Space Mouse is working local NX8 but, It is not working if I open NX inside of Teamcenter8.

I updated latest version. Everything is like before when I use it. But It is not working now.

Crucial point is that, 3D Space Mouse is working local NX8 but, It is not working if I open NX inside of Teamcenter8.

Can anyone help?

Shut down NX and TC8, copy whole folder of v8 at C:\Program Files\3Dconnexion\3DxWare\3DxNX64\ugii_dir\v8 or C:\Program Files\3Dconnexion\3DxWare\3DxNX64\ugii_dir32\v8 to NX 8 application directory's UGALLIANCE\vendor folder.
Try it to see if it works.
