After the screen is locked on Windows 10 and then unlocked again, using shortcuts in AutoCAD is not consistent. Sometimes scrolling/paning does not work, sometimes shortcuts from keys on the Spacemouse Enterprise stop working. Restarting AutoCAD seems to fix it most of the time, though sometimes the computer needs restart.
Also noted: when opening the 3dx properties panel in this state, it switches from "AutoCAD LT" to 3dx<something> on click and does not allow for changing any shortcuts.
Using recent driver version, AutoCAD LT 2021 and Spacemouse Enterprise

Re: AutoCAD / Spacemouse misbehaves after Screen Locking
In your case, it's good if your use the CadMouse series, not the left-hand SpaceMouse series for AutoCAD LT.
AutoCAD LT is for 2D drafting, not for 3D modeling.
